Now I am using DJay Pro and a downloaded MidiMap that is responsive but how to beat the latency? I probably have to upgrade to a MacBook Pro and Record box. Has anyone else experienced latency issues?

Please think of how many sources you can do at once. I play together with other 2 dis and no matter if they are pioneer settled with their USBs, when I set my denons all of us can plug in all usbs and the machine is reading everything, and mostly, you don’t need to unplug anything to change dj as you actually can plug up to 6 usbs with 2 players. For me, this is very important.

I have heard from several people that you want to be very careful what device you put on the master insert loop on the Euphonia. The sound quality of the Euphonia is outstanding, but if you put a sub-par device on the master insert loop, it can ruin the warm sound coming from the Euphonia and basically negate most of what this mixer was built for. The Pioneer RMX 1000 is one example, I have heard multiple people say do not put a RMX 1000 on the master insert loop as it is not good enough sound quality, and it will significantly degrade the warm natural sound of the Euphonia mixer. If this is true, then the next question is, what is an example of a good device to put on the master insert loop that will maintain the warm high quality sound of the Euphonia mixer?

Enjoying the video but I think the term "DJ fanboy" doesn't describe what you are talking about. I was confused at first and did my google A.I. searches and got nothing that made sense. Google has no idea what a "DJ fanboy" is. Fanboy describes a MALE who is into music, movies, comics, sci-fi, etc. Male geeks. "DJ male geeks" doesn't make sense in any way shape or form. You are talking about people who are "brand aficianados" or "brand enthusiasts." I know, not very sexy. But still. Fanboys are male, that's rule number one. Vestax vs Rane vs Allen & Heath mixers, etc, etc, etc. Yeah, I've actually never met a "brand aficianado" in real life, just online. Me personally I love everything. I started with a pair of MKIIs and a simple 2 channel Vestax mixer (NO EQs) back in 1996. My next mixer was another Vestax (4 channels and EQs, YES!). But THEN I got a Rane TTM-56 and that was amazing. I also picked up a pair of Technic M5Gs (I thought the digital fader was fine to me) by then. I ended up taking a break from the DJ journey and sold all my equipment years ago. When I jump back in I want a pair of Pioneer PLX-CRSS12s. Who wouldn't! And maybe a Rane or Pioneer mixer, obviously with software support. I don't really care about brands. I think people that actually "hate" one brand and "love" another are strange people and I can't get behind the logic.

I started on Gemini and Pioneer as a sophmore in high school (2003). Ive been with Denon since 2007 and have NEVER looked back. The whole "you have to use Pioneer in clubs" is bullshit. Ive gigged at countless clubs around the world (due to personal and Army travel). Any time Ive been told the club has its own system and setup, I proved to them that Ive been doing pro audio much longer and better than their sound guy. They usually know this when they see my gig coffin has top of the line limiters in it... As well when I speak to the venues sound guy for 2 minutes. Again, the whole Pioneer/club thing is bullshit if you know pro audio. Their main issues are usually many DJs dont know shit about sound systems and can end up damaging speakers and peoples ears lol. Real DJs know pro audio, their own equipment, their own style instead of fist pumping while playing bs they found in a DJ pool, producing music, creating their own edits, and last.... Preparation.

The reloop is making better contact with the record. You're hearing the reloop pick up the audio. If you roll a piece of paper into a cone with a point at the bottom and put it in the grooves you'll hear the tune through the cone
